Leaning on a more distinct Trap sound for this new release, the result is an explosive and energetic song that is complete with a smooth flow and strong lyrical delivery; set against the backdrop of bouncing basslines and heavy production. Having gained a mass of support from the likes of DJ Target and Kenny Allstar, he is highlighting his eclectic and diverse artistry and musical dexterity. And is showcasing himself as an emerging artist and talent on the rise.
With a slick lyrical delivery, Jayda Wayda see’s Hakkz experiment with a more trap-infused soundscape. While delivering an effortless and steady performance, it is the verses in particular where Hakkz really grabs your attention with the infectious hook and addictive beats. A reference to Jayda Cheaves – the influencer girlfriend of rapper Lil Baby – the track also shows Hakkz flexing his lyrical ability and writing prowess.
In the new visuals we see Hakkz performing the track across a variety of urban landscapes and settings. Joined by his group of friends, Hakkz and the team can be seen celebrating his recent successes, doing so with an opulent flair and style; as they hop in a lavish and top of the range Rolls Royces, and can be seen driving around town.
